  • In most cases, payment is taken once the customer is in the vehicle

  • We do not usually require deposits

  • Any payment terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking confirmation

Deposits

 

  • In certain cases, a deposit may be required to secure a booking

  • All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or amendment

  • Deposit requirements will always be agreed in advance

Cancellations

 

  • If no deposit has been taken, no refund is required

  • Where a deposit has been taken, it will not be refunded in the event of cancellation

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges where applicable

Service Issues

 

  • If a service is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, any payment already taken will be refunded in full

  • Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by traffic, weather or events beyond our reasonable control

  • Any approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method
